By accessing or using Ventum Watch ("the Tracker"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Tracker. Ventum Biotechnologies, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Tracker constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

You may use the Tracker for:

• Personal, educational, and academic research
• Non-commercial journalism and public health reporting, with attribution to Ventum and the original data sources
• Travel risk awareness and general situational monitoring
• Commercial use only with prior written authorization from Ventum Biotechnologies, Inc.

You may not use the Tracker to:

• Make clinical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions for individual patients
• Automatically scrape, mirror, or index data at scale without prior written consent
• Present Tracker data as original research without proper attribution
• Misrepresent or misuse data in a misleading or harmful context
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the service through automated requests or malicious activity

The Tracker aggregates data from official public health sources including WHO, CDC, ECDC, and PAHO, and its news feed additionally aggregates outbreak-related headlines from established news media organizations. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and completeness, Ventum Biotechnologies, Inc. cannot guarantee that all outbreak events are captured, that reported case counts reflect total national disease burden, or that all data is real-time. Surveillance gaps, reporting delays, and differences in national reporting standards are inherent to global health monitoring systems. News headlines reflect the reporting of their publishers, not statements by Ventum Biotechnologies, Inc. All data is attributed and linked to its original source. In the event of any discrepancy, the original source documentation takes precedence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventum Biotechnologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use of, or inability to use, the Tracker
• Decisions made in reliance on Tracker data
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or reporting delays

The Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Tracker platform, including its software, interface, design, and underlying systems, is the intellectual property of Ventum Biotechnologies, Inc. Outbreak data displayed within the Tracker is sourced from public health organizations and remains subject to the terms, licenses, and ownership of the original data providers. News headlines and articles linked from the Tracker remain the property of their respective publishers. Attribution to Ventum Watch and the original source organization is required when reproducing, citing, or redistributing data from the Tracker in any publication, report, or media content.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Ventum Biotechnologies, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
